The opportunity

This role brings ecommerce operations, merchandising, social media, content, and performance marketing into one accountable customer-growth function.

Role and responsibilities

• Own storefront merchandising, collection organization, product discovery, search, and conversion improvements across the Kiddie brand family.
• Plan and operate social media calendars, short-form content, community engagement, creator outreach, and brand-safe customer conversations.
• Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, email marketing, promotions, and landing pages from brief through performance review.
• Monitor traffic, conversion, customer acquisition cost, average order value, retention, and campaign performance; turn the findings into weekly actions.
• Maintain accurate product titles, descriptions, imagery, alt text, variants, pricing, inventory signals, shipping expectations, and policy-aligned claims.
• Partner with fulfillment providers and customer support to identify delivery, returns, quality, and catalog issues before they affect more families.
• Use Shopify and approved automation tools responsibly while protecting customer data, account access, and brand trust.

What helps you succeed

• Hands-on Shopify ecommerce management and merchandising experience.
• Strong social media, content planning, copywriting, and campaign measurement skills.
• Comfort working across product operations, customer experience, analytics, and creative production.
• Clear written communication, careful quality control, and a practical test-and-learn mindset.
• Experience with family, kids, baby, pet, outdoor, or learning products is helpful.
